The Virtual Engineer is a technical support service that caters to both English- and German-speaking domestic and small business PC owners. Doing our best to deliver friendly and convenient service, our computer engineers strive to solve all of your PC problems online, regardless of where in the world you are! Businesses that only need part time support

Do you need IT help, but don't want / can't afford a full time administrator?  Do you have remote offices in Germany? Do you spend too much time fixing your system(s) instead of concentrating on your core business? Is the best you can afford good enough? Non-German speakers new to Germany

Worried about not being able to speak German, but still need telephone and Internet access? We can organise your connections, and guide you through the bewildering mass of tarifs. As business partners of Deutsche Telekom and other telecomm firms, we can give you advice (and the forms to complete) in clear English, and deal with them in turn in German on your behalf.

Do you need help with your pc or network at home?

Many people need a little help, but don't want the hassle of dragging their computers to a repair centre, or the expense of calling someone out to their house. We offer an easy to use and secure system of remote management to help you when you need it, as often as you need it. Many issues can be resolved in this way, and usually take about 15 to 20 minutes to solve. Call our office for more details of the VE (Virtual Engineer) service.
