Non-German speakers new to Germany

We can organise your connections, and guide you through the bewildering mass of tarifs. As business partners of Deutsche Telekom and other telecomm firms, we can give you advice (and the forms to complete) in clear English, and deal with them in turn in German on your behalf.

Do you need help with your pc or network at home?

Many people need a little help, but don't want the hassle of dragging their computers to a repair centre, or the expense of calling someone out to their house.

We offer an easy to use and secure system of remote management to help you when you need it, as often as you need it. Many issues can be resolved in this way, and usually take about 15 to 20 minutes to solve. Call our office for more details of the VE (Virtual Engineer) service.

If you can get to the internet, we can get to you! If you can't, we can usually talk you through the procedures you need to get online.

We offer our Virtual Engineer service on a commercial basis too. No matter where you are in the world, so long as you can get to the internet, we can support your companies pc's and laptops.

Businesses that only need part time support

We can offer part time user and / or server support for companies that do not need, or cannot afford a full time administrator. Many of our engineers are "over-qualified" but still love to help people. This makes expert assistance available at reasonable rates. Mainly based in the Munch area, we have other engineers spread throughout Europe, speaking a wide range of languages.

Remote helpdesk support also available.
